How payment works
One transaction at booking. The $550 captured covers a single day of on-site lead-safe RRP compliance — up to 5 hours of monitoring plus a 1-hour grace window. If a job runs past that 6-hour mark, an additional day at $550 flat captures after completion. No hourly overage, no Net-30, no surprise math.

Add-on: OSHA Lead Compliance Program — $49
EPA RRP protects the customer. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.62 protects the worker. If your crew is doing pre-1978 work, you technically need a written Lead Compliance Program — Administrative protocols, Engineering controls, and PPE — on file for every jobsite. Most GCs don't have one; an inspector finding the gap is a six-figure problem.

Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before service and we refund $500 — we keep $50 (about 10%) to cover materials already prepared. Cancellations within 24 hours of service are non-refundable; the full $550 is retained.
Either way, if something unexpected comes up, call us — most cases we can reschedule you to the next available window instead of running the refund.
