Privacy policy

What we collect

When you book a job or fill out a form, we collect: your name, company, phone, email, the job address, the year the home was built, the scope of renovation, and any notes you provide. We also receive payment metadata from Stripe (we do not store cardholder data).

How we use it

To deliver the service, communicate about your job, satisfy EPA recordkeeping requirements, and improve our operations. We do not sell your information.

Where it lives

Operational data lives in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar) under ECT's account. Payment data lives in Stripe. Site analytics may be collected via a privacy-respecting analytics provider.

Your rights

Email hello@ectechnical.com to request a copy of your records, ask questions, or request deletion (subject to EPA-required retention).
